By accessing or using ERPSearcher ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service. We reserve the right to refuse access to any person or entity at our sole discretion.
The Service is not available to individuals under thirteen (13) years of age under any circumstances.
By using ERPSearcher, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, that you meet the eligibility requirements above, and that you are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law.
ERPSearcher provides an API-based detection service for Roblox that identifies player accounts that may be engaged in inappropriate or rule-violating behavior ("ERP detection"). The Service includes a web dashboard, API access, player lookup tools, and related features.

We reserve the right to close tickets that violate these Terms, limit access to the support system for users who abuse it, and prioritize tickets at our discretion. Support is provided on a best-effort basis - we do not guarantee specific response times or resolution timelines.
API access is granted through issued API keys, subject to rate limits and usage quotas. We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time if usage violates these Terms or threatens service stability.

All content, code, detection algorithms, branding, and design elements of ERPSearcher are the exclusive property of ERPSearcher and its operators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without prior written consent. The script templates provided for API integration are licensed solely for use with your authorized API key.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Detection results are provided on a best-effort basis. ERPSearcher does not guarantee 100% accuracy. False positives and false negatives may occur. You should not rely solely on the Service for critical moderation decisions and should implement your own review processes where appropriate.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke API access at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, fraudulent activity, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and any outstanding API keys are revoked.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERPSEARCHER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $0 IF THE SERVICE WAS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ERPSearcher and its operators, affiliates, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any action taken by a third party as a result of your use of the API or detection data.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions below.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for intellectual property violations or unauthorized access.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ERPSearcher regarding the use of the Service. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
